Tour - 8/28/2010, Sign-up Deadline - 8/12/2010
The SU Alumni Club of Washington, DC invites you to participate in a free, intensive walking tour of the FBI Academy at Quantico Marine Base on Saturday, August 28, facilitated by SU Alumni Club member Greg Milonovich. The tour will be followed by a lunch-time cookout ($5) nearby.
This event is limited to 50 participants. SU Alumni Club of Washington members can bring one additional guest per member. This event is expected to be very popular, so please sign up early!
Itinerary:
9:30 am - Begin assembling in the Jefferson Dorm lobby on the campus of the FBI Academy (off exit 148 off of I-95 South.) Greg Milonovich, G’96 will meet the group in the lobby. Please remember that you must have a valid government-issued ID (e.g., drivers license, passport) to pass through both the Marine Base and FBI Academy checkpoints. Detailed directions and instructions will be provided to attendees after signing up.
10 am - 12 pm - FBI tour
12-2:30 pm - Cookout lunch
The cookout will be held at Lake Lunga, the FBI's recreation site. It has a large covered pavillion, picnic tables, two large charcoal grills, fishing pier, actual restrooms, fresh water and lots of room for cars. Please go here to pay for the cookout after signing up for the tour.
Security Details:
In order to participate in the tour, it is mandatory that you provide us with your full name, date of birth, place of birth and social security number. We will collect all information in the form below except for the social security number. Keith Smith, the Club's coordinator of this event, will contact you via phone for your social security number after signing up. The information will be kept confidential and is required for security purposes.
Sign-up deadline is 8/12/2010 for the first 50 Club Members and their guests. No sign-ups are accepted after 8/12.
