Here are your Syracuse-centric options for getting together with SU alums and friends this weekend.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 25: Welcome Party & Open Bar at Sign of the Whale

4-7 PM: All beer, wine and mixed drinks are half price and there will be a $5 appetizer menu.

7-9 PM: The upstairs area is reserved for 'Cuse fans and there is an optional $20 open bar. The open bar is for rail drinks, house wines and domestic beers.

Note: The wristbands for the open bar will be sold near the front door & sales of the wristbands will be cash only. The wristbands can be used at any of the three bars.

Sign of the Whale is located between 18th St & 19th St, NW, close to both the Dupont Circle and Farragut North Metro stops on the red line, and the Farragut West stop on the orange and blue lines.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 26:

With or without tickets for the game, join us at Clyde's for brunch before the game!

Orange fans will gather at Clyde's of Gallery Place (adjacent to Verizon Center) to get ready for the game. Doors will open at 9 a.m. The restaurant will serve brunch beginning at 10 a.m., and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis - so be sure to get there early! Specials will be offered throughout the day, including during and after the game, for SU fans.

Clyde's is located at 707 7th Street NW. The closest metro is the Gallery Place/Chinatown stop on the red, yellow and green lines.

Don't have tickets to the game? Looking for a Syracuse-friendly place to watch the game? You have some options.

OPTION 1 - Watch at Sign of the Whale! All Syracuse basketball games are being shown at Sign of the Whale this year.

Game-watching food and drinks specials at SOTW include:
--$3 domestic beers (Bud Light, Miller Light, Coors Light)
--$4 rail drinks
--$4 grilled cheese
--$5 basic whale burgers
--$5 wing baskets
--free refills on soda.

Brunch Specials:
A variety of delicious $10 Brunch plates and $10 Bottomless Mimosas and our famous bottomless Bloody Mary bar. Please note in order to do the bottomless drinks you need to order a Brunch plate.

Game-watching specials are during the game only. Brunch specials are from 11am until 4pm.

OPTION 2 - Want to watch the game closer to the Verizon Center? RFD will be showing the game in their back room. RFD is located in Chinatown at 810 7th Street NW, also close to the Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro stop.
