The Syracuse University Alumni Club of Washington, DC invites you to enjoy the snow by joining in a day ski trip to Whitetail Ski area on February 5, 2011. Whitetail is approximately 2 hours from DC in Mercersburg, PA. The Club will be arranging carpools to help get everyone there. The ski resort has terrain for experts, intermediate and beginning skiers. For more information on the mountain visit: www.skiwhitetail.com.

Upon arriving at the mountain, we will have a morning meet up in the lodge at 10 am so people can plan the first part of the day. Then, for lunch at ~12:30 we will hold a table for alumni to eat together. Feel free to bring your lunch or buy at the mountain. (We will meet in the upper level of the lodge (second floor) at the back of the level on the left side. I will post a few Syracuse Signs directing people as the lodge will likely be crowed.)

Tickets: We have arranged a member price of $51.30 /per ticket for an 8 hour ticket provided we have 15-20 takers, saving you $10.70. If you need equipment or lesson, they are available for an additional fee. We will let you know how many takers we have closer to the date.
In alternative, if we don't have 15-20 takers, 4 hour ticket are available for $57 and 8 hour for $62; Regular rates for the resort are posted on the web site: www.skiwhitetail.com/onlineticket.htm
